A Pilot vehicle escorts a truck carrying an oversized load Dr. Max Gomez. Home Health Technology and having oversize load ahead signon the roof and some flashing lights. The customer has asked us to wire up two light bars, two spotlights, two UHF radios, a dash cam, LED strip lighting, flashing amber lights on the roof,weed-whack lights on the front and rear of the vehicle, and electric clips for the sign, and setup the dual battery system. It’s in a master control panel to turn all the lights How You Can Make Your Own Version Of A Fluffy Rugs on and off and move the sign up from the driver’s seat. The dual battery has been installed behind the driver’s seatto run all the accessories. It has two cigarette sockets, two USB ports,a volt metre to monitor the chargeso the battery doesn’t run low.
An AGM battery and a BCDC to chargethe Adrian battery to its optimal level. So as you can see behind me we’veleft all the wiring exposed. The customer specifically asked for this. Usually we hide it behind into the chassis, roof lining, or interior trims. However, they want it exposed so if they’re on the roadin the middle of night and something breaks downor a light doesn’t work they can easily seewhere the fault is and try and fix it themselves. The van has been cleared out with wooden shelving. This bit here turns in to a bed, so the driver can sleepon the road when he’s out on calls.
We’ve installed this switch up here, which turns on some LED lighting for the rear of the vehicleto light it up at night. We’re sitting here in the driver’s seat, and behind me you can see this master control panel. All of the accessories are fed through here,so the driver can easily turn them on or off at any time, making the lights work and the electric lifton the sign go up and down.
